My lowest moment
Things came to a head last year, on Christmas Eve. I'd been out
partying and hadn't slept for about three days. Suddenly I realised I was in a hotel room with a bunch of strangers. I stumbled out into the street and tried to hail a cab but I wanted to die.

How I got my life back
I couldn't stand the thought of going into rehab, but a friend of my brother's recommended contacting personal addiction therapist Adrian Rides. I had no idea what to say when I first called him, so I just blurted, “I think I need some help.” Within a few hours we were both sitting on my sofa having a cup of tea.
